How do I redeem my OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports Gift Card?

OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports Gift Cards can be redeemed in the United States only towards an OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports account balance at ownersbox.com or the OwnersBox app.  

Note that state and age restrictions may apply. Check this page to see if you are located in a state that is eligible to play in any of the OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports games.

Does the OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports Gift Card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?

OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports Gift Cards do not expire or incur any fees.

Gift Card balances can be checked at balance.clutch.com/ownersbox. Gift Card balances can also be checked by applying the gift card to your OwnersBox account or by contacting our team at ownersbox@giftcardhelp.com.

How can I request a refund for my OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports Gift Card if it has a low balance?

Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your OwnersBox Daily Fantasy Sports Gift Card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact ownersbox@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund.

I'm not a business, but I'd like to buy in bulk. Can I still order through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform? 

Only registered businesses and organizations with a Federal Tax ID can order through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform. If you are an individual consumer or do not have a Tax ID, please order through our gift card website.

Can I edit my bulk card order after it has been placed?
